WHO ... All Rotarians and guests registered for the 2008 District Conference
WHAT ... Travel to Tri-Cities in a comfortable Motorcoach. Stow your bags in the luggage bins, check-in, pick a seat, sit back and enjoy the ride. Best of all, arrive stress-free!
WHERE ... Departures are planned from both the South and North ends (subject to responses from those signing up). Details will be provided to all who sign up in advance.
WHEN ... On Thursday, May 15, 2008, and Friday, May 16, 2008, coaches will depart at 7:30 AM from the Seattle area. (All passengers need to be checked in and on board by 7:10 AM) Arrival time in Tri-Cities is planned for 11:30 AM – Noon. (The opening luncheon begins at 12:30 PM at the Three Rivers Convention Center.) Stops will be made at the contracted Rotary Hotels (those staying at other hotels will need to make other arrangements to get to your hotel).
NEW TIME ADDED: Thursday, May 15, 2008, depart at 11:30 AM from the Seattle area. Be checked in and on board by 11:10 AM.
On Sunday, May 18, 2008 coaches will depart Tri-Cities at 1:00 PM. (pick-ups at the various contracted hotels will begin at 12:15 PM)
HOW ... Sign up online at right or complete this printer-friendly form and mail or fax with your payment information to the Registrar.
COST ... The cost is $100 per person roundtrip payable in advance with your reservation. (Gratuities for the driver are voluntary and not included in this cost.) Compare this to the cost of driving – what a bargain it is, without even counting the good times in!
Registration and Cancellation Deadlines
Deadline to reserve your seat on the bus is May 9, 2008. Motorcoach transportation is based upon 30 paying passengers per bus. If the minimum is not met, your payment in full will be refunded. Because of contractual obligations, cancellations made May 1, 2008, and later are not refundable. You may, however, transfer your reservation to another person. Just let us know.
