1: I just registered for the Member Only area, but I can't login. Why?
For security purposes, all registrations for the District members only area must be approved by the District Administration, and it is a manual process. An actual person, not a computer, must verify and approve/disapprove every registration, so access is not instantly granted. When you submit the registration form, your information is entered into the system, but you cannot login until until your registration is actually approved. This process could take 24-48 hours. If you have questions about this process, please contact training@rotary5030.org.

2: Why doesn't my RI user information work on this website?
This is NOT the Rotary International website, this is the District 5030 website, and the user information is unique to each site. If you are trying to login to the RI website, please go to www.rotary.org and put in your RI user information and you can use it as you always have.

3: I could log into the members area last year, but I can't this year. Why?
This is NOT the old ClubRunner website, so any access information you might have used for that site is NOT valid for this site. If you did not receive an email informing you of your new user ID and password, then you are a new member and you need to register here. If you receive an error message, please email training@rotary5030.org and let us know.

4: I forgot my username and/or password?
If you forget your username and/or password, go to the Members Only Area page and enter your username (not your real name, but your username) OR the email address on your District 5030 account and your password will automatically be emailed to you:
PLEASE NOTE: The email address you enter MUST be the email address on the account or your request will be rejected. The system looks for valid users, and verifies the username or email address with what is already in the database. If you enter a different email address, it assumes you are not a member and, therefore, not authorized. If you have any questions, please contact training@rotary5030.org.
5: Why do I have to post documents in PDF format? Why can't I post a Word file?
Contrary to popular belief, everyone does not have MS Word or Excel or PowerPoint. Even if they do, they may not have the same version that you have, and they may not have the same fonts, etc., so when people open an application-specific file, it can be all messed up for them. If the files are in PDF format, you know that they look exactly as you meant for them to look. If you are on a PC you can download a really good and FREE PDF writer called CutePDF and print all your files to PDF before uploading them to the server and linking them. If you are using a Mac, you can print any file to PDF with no extra application required.
6: I am a Rotary Club member in District 5030. How do I access the District directory?

An actual person, not a computer, must verify and approve/disapprove every registration, so access is not instantly granted. When you submit the registration form, your information is entered into the system, but you cannot login until until your registration is actually approved. This process could take 24-48 hours.
